We wanted to create an experience that feels personal, warm, and full of heart. We’re not just serving coffee; we’re serving community, one cup at a time.

Our mobile coffee cart is designed to add that special touch to any event. From weddings to corporate gatherings, we tailor every detail to match your vision because no two events—or cups of coffee—should ever be the same.

Our coffee is sourced from organic farms and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of mycotoxins and other molds, delivering a clean, pure coffee experience in every cup. We are equally thoughtful with our milk options—our dairy milk is A2 organic, offering a more natural and digestible alternative to conventional milk. For those who prefer non-dairy options, our alternative milks contain just three simple ingredients, free from gums, preservatives, and unnecessary additives. This commitment to clean ingredients ensures that every drink is as wholesome as it is delicious.

I’m Erica Basa, the owner and head barista behind With Honey. Funny enough, my journey didn’t start with coffee. I was on track to become a Desalination Engineer, studying Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Science. I practically lived in coffee shops, using them as my go-to study spots. But back then, I didn’t even like the taste of coffee. I’d drown it in caramel, vanilla—anything to mask the bitterness. I started with what we call a “Mama Basa Coffee” which is made up of instant Folger’s and Swiss Miss hot chocolate.

Then, in November 2022, everything changed. I was gifted an old Breville espresso machine, and I’m pretty sure the first shot I pulled was the worst in espresso history. But I was hooked. I spent hours experimenting, tweaking every little detail to make the next shot just a little bit better. That’s when my obsession began.

I started visiting my favorite coffee shops, dissecting everything—techniques, ingredients, textures—to figure out what made each cup unique. My go-to order? A breve cappuccino with honey. It wasn’t long before I took that espresso machine to my local Jiu Jitsu gyms, where I saw firsthand how a thoughtfully crafted cup of coffee could bring people together.

Two months later, I decided to build my own mobile coffee cart, launching With Honey on June 1st, 2023 (the only thing that I’ve used my hard earned degree for).

But With Honey isn’t just about coffee. It’s about crafting an experience infused with care, intention, and a little bit of magic in every cup. My goal? That every sip brings a subtle sense of joy and comfort.
